Anna and Jonathan came up to stay with us last night. Anna was afraid she would not see me on my b-day this Saturday so she gave me my present early. Everyone knows I love presents! She gave me a really cool new I-pod boom box. Plus its pink so it matches my stationary room. I gave my TV( that was in my stationary room) to Savannah for her room. I've been TV less every time I write letters up in my room. I've been listening to the radio. Now I can listen to my I pod without the head phones. Great gift! Thank you Anna and Jonathan! Savannah likes the remote. Anna and I decided Savannah was the best present of all! Tissue paper just right up Savannah's alley!

Two weekends ago we also had a special surprise come by. Max and Nona stopped by to meet Savannah and gave her an early Christmas present. Savannah got a new Christmas Santa dress and Christmas pajamas. Then they gave Savannah her first Winnie the Pooh. She loves her Winnie the Pooh bear! Her serious look - who has me??? First food -sweet potatoes She loves the sweet potatoes This was 2nd or 3rd time tasting her food! Wow! Savannah is growing so fast! It has been very busy here. I miss blogging! Last Sunday I had to work a double shift at Huguley. It was an 8 hour day. I laughed at myself because I was worn out and had forgotten what it feels like to pull an all dayer! What is really funny when I started at Huguley I worked a 10 hour day before they cut their hours back. I'm still truly amazed how I did that for so long! Corey has been working in Arlington redoing a bathroom...

Corey, Savannah and I went to Chucky Cheese for Emma's birthday party over the weekend. Wow! Chucky Cheese was the happening place on a Saturday night! Before we left the house out of the blue Savannah takes a 2 hour nap. It never fails she takes long naps on the weekends and never during the week days for mom. Savannah was ready to party at Chucky Cheese. Chucky Cheese sure did stimulate Savannah. Savannah's heart was pounding fast. She loved the rides, the lights, sounds, and all the people. Savannah rode the Barney car with Barney. Then Corey was like "Laliah you don't have to drop a coin in every ride" Just sit Savannah in the ride and get the picture" Very true! Hey, what can I say, I was excited to drop that coin in for her to ride! Savannah is still to young to understand the concept. However, I enjoyed watching her going on the Barney ride! Savannah excited about going to Chucky Cheese. Attempting to feed Savannah icing! Raise them right get them all ...

Corey hung Savannah's new swing up. First off, we bought a pink one at Babies R US. Then Corey went to Home Depot today to buy the extra supplies to hang the swing. Corey came home with a new orange car swing. It looks just like the one at Gigi's house. We both like the pink one. Although, the pink swing did not really have a front we liked. I could see myself fighting that floppy strap all the time to get Savannah in and out. I think it would have been a hassle even though the color was right. So her daddy made a good choice by buying her the orange swing. Savannah's had plenty of practice over at Gigi's house with swinging. Now she has one of her own! It has been such a beautiful week to swing. So that is what we will be doing a whole bunch of tomorrow! Savannah loves to swing!

Like every year, we had our Front Porch party passing out candy to all the neighborhood kids. It is always fun to see what children dress up as. I especially enjoy our friends and family that come to hang out. Savannah is still a bit young to know what is going on. She sure liked seeing all the people. We did take her trick or treating only to our 3 neighbors houses. Savannah especially enjoyed seeing "Tiger" the dog. Also Savannah's boyfriend Matthew stop by first before his family started to go trick or treating. We snaped pictures of the babies! Matthew looked so good as Spiderman. Savannah likes her stickers.
