Texas weather for ya!

We have been busy the last two weeks. Savannah and I have really enjoyed the spring weather in the 70's. Really have taken advantage of it to get our walks in everyday. Friday was a beautiful day then Saturday morning we dropped down in the low 30's and 40's again. The first day of Spring its snowing in Texas. Nothing stuck in Grandview but a few northern cities got the snow again. I hope that was the last of our winter days to come. I thought spring was here but winter had to come back in for two cold days. The wind chill was bad too!

Corey has really taken advantage of this beautiful weather and has built us an outdoor kitchen. I'm so excited about it and can't wait til its all done. Our goal is to have it all completed before Savannah's b-day party in May. Savannah and I will be spending a lot of time out there this summer.

Sunday Savannah and I went to my niece Ashton's baby shower. Little Addison due May 4th. We are so excited to have a new playmate along the way. Savannah was so good at the party. She enjoyed everyone's company. She still has yet to meet a stranger. Just like her mama!

Okay Mema I'm not supposed to have a balloon in my mouth! don't worry it was quickly taken away!

Savannah and her Mema at Ashton's baby shower
Savannah is officially 10 months!

Addy came over Thursday to play. They love bath time!

Anna and Savannah enjoying a beautiful day on Thursday 18th. Those who do not know Anna had shoulder surgery. I broke her shoulder (just kidding) I'm starting rumors!

This was Thursday and the picture on top is what it looks like today Monday 22nd.

Happy July 4th- Savannah First Zoo Trip

Happy July Forth! Corey and I decided to take Savannah to the Zoo. We drove down to the Cameron Zoo in Waco, TX. I love that zoo because its never to crowded like the Fort Worth or Dallas Zoo. It was Savannah's first trip to the Zoo. She really loved it. It worked out perfect because she napped on the way down and on the way back to the house. Corey and I had a great time showing Savannah all the animals. I think the fish, tigers, ducks and otter were her favorite animals to see. Everyday Savannah is saying more words. At the Zoo she was saying fish and duck very clear. She was also growling like the alligators and tigers. She would hiss like a snake when we were looking at all the snakes. We had a great time at the zoo. We came home from the zoo and went swimming next door at Gigi's house for a bit. Then Savannah and I left early to go to our small city park to see the festivities going on up there. I forgot my camera but Gigi got some cute pictures of Savannah in the W...

Sleepless Nights!

Wow! I know I haven't posted in two weeks. Sorry! I'll update all of you on what we have been up to this past two weeks. Matthew and Mackenzie came over Thursday February 1st and played with Savannah. They love her so much. I really enjoy their company and they are such a big help to me! The weather was cold and yucky two weekends ago. It is so hard to be cooped up in the house all day. Saturday, Corey and I kept Savannah entertained all day. By the end of the afternoon she was tired of our faces and bored with us! I texted Robin and she was sweet enough to come over and let Corey and I go out! Savannah was so happy to see new faces. She just smiled at Robin and Addy! I got some cute pictures of Addy and Savannah playing! Corey and I went out to eat and ran to Albertsons to get a few things. Savannah caught a cold. At first Savannah started running fever and no other signs. Corey and I assumed it was probably teething. By Monday and Tuesday she had that same congestion she had...

Canton time again!

Savannah's new hat and orange hair bow! They are cute when they sleep! My friend Donielle called me last Friday and asked me if I wanted to go to Canton, TX. Canto has the world's largest flea market. Of course I was excited to go! Poor Corey he really wanted to go. He stayed home to start digging his holes for his new trees with the bob cat. Corey and I almost went last month to Canton but it was to hot. This was the month to go because the weather was just right! It was so nice to go and not be pregnant! Corey and I went last year 3 times while I was pregnant! Canton is so big and so much to look at a person can walk forever! A pregnant woman can too but its hard on the feet! It can be done 3 times although I would recommendto bring the camper next time. A person must have a resting area! Donielle and her 5 month old Matthew came picked Savannah and I up. I'm not sure if the babies really knew they were riding together. The way up there both babies slept. Donielle brough...
