Spring Break

Spring break is not the same when you are an adult :(. I miss the true spring break when I was still in high school and a person like myself really got a week off. No school, no work and no commitments to the world. Remember those great days? A high school kid excited about going on a ski trip. I miss those days! Probably why because I heard my cousins Matthew and Joshua got to go snow skiing spring break with there youth group. I'm not jealous I just miss those holidays as teenager when they truly counted as one.

To keep the spring break spirit. I thought it would be nice to take Savannah to the Waco Zoo again. At least play hooky from a day of work and get a little enjoyment out of spring break week. I rounded up mom and the girls to go with Savannah and me last Thursday. The girls had a great time. I had to laugh even though I was annoyed by it. On the way down and back home too. Savannah and Emma would argue "Who"s mama was who? Emma would go "my Mama" and Savannah go no "my Mama" What was so funny both girls were right but they did not understand that Emma was talking about Gigi is her mama. Savannah was talking about that I am her Mama. Savannah was thinking Emma was trying to say I was her Mama when that was not the case. So try to explain that to a almost 2 year old and a 3 year old. They don't get it! I laugh now because such a silly argument between to little toddlers!
The coolest thing at the zoo was the Tiger. He would take off and run really fast and jump up in a tree to retrieve his ball that hung from the tree! It is like a huge cat pouncing up in a tree. Wow they can really get up and go! That was cool to see when what a person normally sees is a Tiger napping!

Thank you Anna! Anna showed me how to make all my pictures into a collage onto the blog! It worked!

Happy July 4th- Savannah First Zoo Trip

Happy July Forth! Corey and I decided to take Savannah to the Zoo. We drove down to the Cameron Zoo in Waco, TX. I love that zoo because its never to crowded like the Fort Worth or Dallas Zoo. It was Savannah's first trip to the Zoo. She really loved it. It worked out perfect because she napped on the way down and on the way back to the house. Corey and I had a great time showing Savannah all the animals. I think the fish, tigers, ducks and otter were her favorite animals to see. Everyday Savannah is saying more words. At the Zoo she was saying fish and duck very clear. She was also growling like the alligators and tigers. She would hiss like a snake when we were looking at all the snakes. We had a great time at the zoo. We came home from the zoo and went swimming next door at Gigi's house for a bit. Then Savannah and I left early to go to our small city park to see the festivities going on up there. I forgot my camera but Gigi got some cute pictures of Savannah in the W...

Sleepless Nights!

Wow! I know I haven't posted in two weeks. Sorry! I'll update all of you on what we have been up to this past two weeks. Matthew and Mackenzie came over Thursday February 1st and played with Savannah. They love her so much. I really enjoy their company and they are such a big help to me! The weather was cold and yucky two weekends ago. It is so hard to be cooped up in the house all day. Saturday, Corey and I kept Savannah entertained all day. By the end of the afternoon she was tired of our faces and bored with us! I texted Robin and she was sweet enough to come over and let Corey and I go out! Savannah was so happy to see new faces. She just smiled at Robin and Addy! I got some cute pictures of Addy and Savannah playing! Corey and I went out to eat and ran to Albertsons to get a few things. Savannah caught a cold. At first Savannah started running fever and no other signs. Corey and I assumed it was probably teething. By Monday and Tuesday she had that same congestion she had...

Canton time again!

Savannah's new hat and orange hair bow! They are cute when they sleep! My friend Donielle called me last Friday and asked me if I wanted to go to Canton, TX. Canto has the world's largest flea market. Of course I was excited to go! Poor Corey he really wanted to go. He stayed home to start digging his holes for his new trees with the bob cat. Corey and I almost went last month to Canton but it was to hot. This was the month to go because the weather was just right! It was so nice to go and not be pregnant! Corey and I went last year 3 times while I was pregnant! Canton is so big and so much to look at a person can walk forever! A pregnant woman can too but its hard on the feet! It can be done 3 times although I would recommendto bring the camper next time. A person must have a resting area! Donielle and her 5 month old Matthew came picked Savannah and I up. I'm not sure if the babies really knew they were riding together. The way up there both babies slept. Donielle brough...
